Born Long Island, New York, November 7, 1968; admitted to practice in Florida, 1994, Colorado, 1997, U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida, 1995.

Professional Activities:
Mr. McCluskey a member of the Martin County Bar Association and is the former Chairman of the MCBA Trial Lawyers Committee and MCBA Scholarship Committee. Mr. McCluskey has given numerous lectures for the Treasure Coast Builders’ Association on the subject of Construction Payment Remedies, Construction liens and Board claims.

Education:
State University of New York, College at Oneonta (B.S. 1990); University of Florida (J.D., with honors 1993)

Community Activities:
Stuart Rotary Club, Board of Directors.

Practice:
A general civil trial practice with experience in all levels of state trial courts, appears in County and Circuit Courts in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Additionally, he has appeared in United States Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida.
