Professional Activitiess:
Florida Bar (1977); admitted to practice, Florida (1977); U. S. District Court, Southern District of Florida (1978), including Trial Bar (1983); U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit (1979); U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit (1981). American Association for Justice (1986-2007); Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (1992-present); Martin County Bar Association, President (2002-2003), Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association; St. Lucie County Bar Association.

Education:
Yale University (B.S., 1972); University of Miami (J.D., 1977).

Practice:
Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer (certified, 1991, recertified, 1996, 2001, 2006). Mr. Sobel's practice is devoted to representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters in all appropriate courts, including appellate courts.
