Born Whittier, California, March 1, 1940; resident of Martin County for 25 years; admitted to practice in 1973, Florida; Trial Bar Federal District Court Southern District Florida; Court of Military Appeals; married to attorney Vicki Junod.

Professional Activities:
Past President, Martin County Bar Association; Chair, Nineteenth Circuit Grievance Committee; Real Property Council of Martin County; The Florida Bar; Member, Florida Bar Client Security Fund; American Trial Lawyers Association; Chair, Fee Arbitration Program for Nineteenth Circuit.

Education:
California State University at Los Angeles (B.A. Government); University of Maryland, International Relations (Graduate International Studies); University of Florida College of Law (J.D. 1972). Claude A. Pepper Award - outstanding graduating senior.

Military Service:
Lieutenant Colonel in the Judge Advocate General Corps; United States Air Force Reserve (Retired). Extensive experience United States Air Force Security Service prior to JAG corps.

Community Activities:
Palm Glades Girl Scout Council, Past Vice President; Economic Council of Martin County; Gator Club of Martin County, Past President; Jensen Beach Optimist Club, Past President; United Way of Martin County, Past Vice President; St. Lucie River Initiative; enjoyed many years coaching youth baseball and football.

Practice:
Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney; corporate and business law; commercial and construction law; ad valorem tax litigation; Senior Partner of the Litigation Department. Senior partner of former law firm prior to joining Fox Wackeen in March, 1999.

Professional Experience:
Experienced civil trial attorney practicing throughout the Treasure Coast and the State of Florida. Experienced in drafting and handling complex commercial problems and dispute resolution  methods. Extensive experience in general practice prior to concentrating on commercial law. "I believe in working very hard to resolve disputes prior to litigation; if alternative dispute resolution is not possible, then aggressively, promptly, and professionally moving the case to trial.
