Born in Brooklyn, New York. Outside interests include IT implementation, research and education, antique militaria and periodicals, and following professional sports.

Certified Legal Intern and Special Assistant Public Defender, 11th Judicial Circuit (1998-2000); Teaching Assistant at University of Florida Center for Studies in Criminology and Law (1997-98); Research and Drafting Assistant to Florida Constitutional Revision Commissioner John J. Mills (1997-98); Lecturer, Treasure Coast Business Association and National Business Institute; Continuing Education Instructor, inlcuding for certified paralegals, attorneys, accountants and certified bankers, with publications in construction liens, collection, loan workout, special assets, loss mitigation and foreclosure.

Civil commercial litigation representing clients in the areas of banking law and regulation, general representation of chartered lenders, including NCUA chartered credit unions, foreclosure and debt prosecution, special assets litigation, loan workouts, community association law and litigation, including assessment disputes, general collections and creditor- debtor work. Also experience and practice in law enforcement representation, construction industry licensing and litigation, Windstorm and Casualty damage claims, consumer disputes, contractual disputes, and real property litigation.
