Professional Activities: Mr. McCluskey is a member of the Martin County Bar Association and is the former Chairman of the MCBA Trial Lawyers Committee and MCBA Scholarship Committee. Mr. McCluskey has given numerous lectures for the Treasure Coast Builders Associationon the subject of Construction Payment Remedies,Construction liens and Boardclaims. As civil trial practice attorney, he has experience in all levels of state trial courts, appears in County and Circuit Courts in Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee, Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Additionally, Mr. McCluskey has appeared in United States Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Florida. |
