Born Chicago, Illinois, October 19, 1924; admitted to practice 1960, Florida; married, Patricia; eight children; thirteen grandchildren.

Nineteenth Circuit Judicial Nominating Committee (1984-1988); Martin County Bar Association; The Florida Bar; Martin County Estate Planning Council (1985-1992); University of Florida Alumni Association; Florida Law Review Alumni Association; Admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Education:
Dickinson College; University of Illinois; University of Florida (J.D., 1959); Phi Alpha Delta; Author, Florida Law Review, Case Comments, 1957 and 1958.

Founding Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of First Peoples Bank, Port St. Lucie; Former Director, Barnett Bank of the Treasure Coast; Founding Board Chairman, HCA Medical Center of Port St. Lucie; Director, Port St. Lucie Chamber of Commerce; Board of Directors, Martin and St. Lucie County Economic Development Councils; Director-Trustee, Port St. Lucie Community Center; Director, St. Lucie County United Way; Founding Director, Deaf Service Center of the Treasure Coast; Member, St. Lucie County Bi-Racial Committee; American Society of Corporate Secretaries; Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity; National Land Council.

Served progressively as Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, Director of Governmental Relations and General Manager for a major residential and resort development company.

Military Service:
U.S. Army Air Corps / U.S. Air Force, served as a pilot/aircraft commander during WWII and the Korean conflict; reserve service in Judge Advocate General's Department and as a Staff Management Officer, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel; holds a commercial pilot's license.

Practice:
Mr. Seeley is retired.  He formerly practiced in the areas of Commercial and Administrative Law; Real Estate; Corporate and Business Law; Environmental/Administrative Permitting; Banking; Commercial Negotiations.
