a Staff Management Officer, retired as a Lieutenant Colonel; holds a
commercial pilot's license.

Mr. Seeley is retired. He formerly practiced in the areas of Commercial and Administrative Law; Real Estate; Corporate and Business Law; Environmental/Administrative Permitting; Banking; Commercial Negotiations.
